Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to provide you with a simple and quick way of buying tickets online. Anyone who buys tickets via, therefore, accepts the below agreement.

Tickets FY Events are referred to as

The person who purchases the ticket on is referred to as a customer.

The event organizer is referred to as a promoter.

Purchase procedure

Tickets, vouchers or registrations can be purchased on the website with Credit/Debit cards or Cryptocurrencies.

Entry policy

It is your responsibility to be of the correct age required for the event. cannot be held liable and will not refund the ticket if the entry to the event is declined by the promoter for any reason including dress code, age restriction, dangerous, disruptive behaviour, or when government regulations requirements are not met (It’s customers responsibility to know the latest regulations). Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. The promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure safety at the event.

The ticket purchased sport a specific show, day, time, or session if not used, will not be valid for any other show, day, time, or session.


It is the customer’s responsibility to attend the event at the correct time or date. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. The Promoter, Venue Management and accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury incurred at the event.

Ticket collection

Once the ticket is purchased online, digitally issues an Electronic ticket number sent to you via mail (and SMS for UAE users). Electronic tickets displayed on any electronic device can be used for the entrance to any type of event. A printed copy also can be shown at the entrance, but it is not mandatory to have it. In order for staff to identify the customer, it requires 2 of the below items to collect the ticket.


Any type of Electronic ticket with a scannable QR Code

One of the below listed Identification Documents

National ID or Valid Passport

Valid UAE or International driving license.


All disputes with are settled by negotiations. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by UAE law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in UAE Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Refund Policy sells tickets on behalf of promoters, who are responsible for the event organization and management. takes an understanding approach to refunds and acts as an escrow between the customer and event organizer, below rules are applied to all ticket purchases unless stated otherwise on the ticket.

Customers can apply for a refund in the below scenario

Event cancellation

Event date change (not time)

No show of the main artist

In all other circumstances once the customer has collected the paper ticket from it will be the Promoter’s duty to refund the ticket if an issue arises. Promoter's refund policy will apply in this case. therefore will not be held liable for refunding the tickets.

All refunds will be made minus a 5% transaction fee which is charged by the processing bank.

To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled or rescheduled event please contact us via the support section please make sure to give us your transaction number, ticket numbers, email address, full name and telephone number.

If the customer does not respond and/or claims the refund within 6 months after the event day when it was cancelled, the refund will not be reimbursed.
