What are the prohibited items at the experience?
1. A security check will be conducted for every person entering the event venue.
2. In any case the visitor does not agree to a security check at the entrance, the organizer, venue or their representative has the right to deny entry to the event without refund of pass fees.
3. Prohibited items or items found not suitable or safe by the organizer or venue to use inside the event venue will not be allowed inside the event area. Deposit (holding) area is not available.
4. The organizer will not be responsible in any matter for rejected items at the security check.

• We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Dress code: no local/cultural dress male & female (kandoora, abaya, hijab, scarf, headcover) is prohibited as per the law of the UAE.

* Club management reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove person from the venue to any person for any reason, at any time, and no refund will be issued.

2. Your entry ticket does not grant you access to the venue. All tickets must be scanned & exchanged for a personal entrance bracelet.

3. Do not buy entry tickets from unauthorized resellers like Viagogo, dubizzle,etc. or strangers; -they will not be accepted. Ticketsfy is only authorized ticket seller for this event.

4. Entry ticket are non-refundable. No entry voucher upgrades at the venue. Not for resale. 

5. Entry will be permitted only to the owner of the entry voucher with a valid government-issued photo ID like an Emirates ID or passport (originals only). 

6. Rights of admission reserved; organizer reserves the right to refuse entry. 

7. The organizer does not take any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of any personal belongings. 

8. The organizer adheres to a zero-tolerance policy regarding weapons, aggression, threats, harassment, discrimination, racism, and intoxication and illegal substances/drugs use. 

9. It is strictly forbidden to bring the following things to the event arena: professional video, photo, and recording equipment; liquids and sprays like deodorant, hairspray, perfume, and sun spray (only hand sanitizer allowed); weapons or attributes that can be used as weapons like selfie sticks, glass, fireworks, etc.; any form of drinks and food 

10. All Food & Beverage sales will be at the table or at the bar, paid with cash, credit card, debit card or mobile pay. 

11. By obtaining an entry ticket to the event and/or entering the event venue, the visitor unconditionally consents to the recordings being made and to the processing, publication, and use of thereof, in the broadest sense, without the organizer company or any of its affiliated companies being liable to pay any compensation to him at any time.

If requests of pictures/video will be requested to be removed, the organiser, venue and/or ticket seller will not be entitled to do so. 

12. The visitor hereby irrevocably renounces any interest that he could have in the aforementioned recordings. Insofar as the visitor has any copyright, neighbouring rights, or portrait rights to the aforementioned recordings, he hereby unreservedly assigns these rights to the organizer company and hereby irrevocably renounces his personality rights and or will not invoke these rights.
