المغنية الصلعاء - هذه الكوميديا الفرنسية الساخرة ، يعالج فيها الكاتب يوجين يونيسكو قيم الناس الفاسدة وأفكارهم وقناعاتهم المستهلكة والعزلة التي يعانون منها وخواء أرواحهم وعقم اللغة التي كفت عن كونها أداة تواصل وتقارب فيما بينهم ولا معقولية حياة الناس ومصائرهم وقد عرضت لأول مرة في باريس عام ١٩٥٥ ، وانتقل عرضها عام ١٩٥٧ إلى مسرح لا هاشيت في الحي اللاتيني حيث ماتزال تعرض يوميا ، وأصبح هذا المسرح بمثابة متحف يرتاده الزوار من كل مكان في العالم ، وفاقت عروض هذه المسرحية العشرين ألفا حتى الآن ، وعدد مشاهديها المليونين .

The Bald Singer - This satirical French comedy, in which writer Eugene Ionesco deals with people's corrupt values, their worn-out ideas and convictions, the isolation they suffer from, the emptiness of their souls, the sterility of language that has ceased to be a tool of communication and rapprochement between them, and the absurdity of people's lives and destinies.
