TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Kingdom, Kingdom and it’s affiliated brands are operated by Live List Events Managing LLC. Independent Contractor(s) includes (without limitation) third party business partners, outsourced workers and venue operators. Security includes (without limitation) third party business partners, outsourced workers and venue operators. Event(s) means the Kingdom Event specified by the Ticket. Customer(s) means any person who purchases a Ticket or present at any Kingdom Event. Ticket(s) means a ticket to a specified Kingdom Event. Service Charge(s) handling fee charged on all Ticket and Table purchases.

Ticket Purchase & Validity

Tickets must be purchased through our official ticketing partners.

Each ticket grants entry to the festival for the date specified at the time of purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable non-changeable and non-transferable.

Tickets are to be purchased for personal use only and may not be transferred, offered for sale or resold. Attempts to transfer, resell or use a Ticket obtained through an unauthorised promotion will result in the Customer being refused entry to or ejected from Kingdom without refund or other remedy.

Tickets cannot be used as any marketing or sales promotion without Kingdom’s prior written consent.

One person per ticket (unless otherwise stated). The ticket is valid only for the specified Kingdom Event and cannot be reused across multiple Events.

Any bank charges incurred during the ticket purchase, refund, or transaction process will be borne by the customer.

Entry & Admission

Ticket holder must have present a valid ticket (digital or printed).

Ticket holder must have a valid photo identification document such as emirates ID or passport along with the credit card used to purchase the ticket. Failure to present the above required documents to Kingdom or Security reserves the right to decline entry to Event.

No re-entry to festival.

Access with video camera or professional cameras is not allowed.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to attend the Event at the correct time.

This is a cashless Event, with all transactions (food, drinks, and merchandise) processed via our RFID wristband system.

Age Restrictions

It is the responsibility of the Customer to be of the correct age required (21 or above) to enter the Event. Kingdom and any Contractors reserve the right to request personal identification for proof of age (or similar) purposes.

Event Modifications & Force Majeure

The festival lineup, schedule, and venue are subject to change without prior notice.

Kingdom will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy or if an Event is cancelled, altered or postponed due to any fortuitous or unforeseen occurrence, including an act of god, weather, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil disorder, interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer software and hardware) services or any other emergency.

In no Event shall Kingdom be liable to any Customers for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, resulting or arising from the performance or non-performance of this policy.

Kingdom will not be liable for any acts or omissions of any Independent Contractors.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or personal reasons by Kingdom.

If the Customer is declined entry by Kingdom or Security for any reason, Kingdom is not liable to refund the tickets.

Code of Conduct

It is Customer responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Kingdom.

Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside of the Kingdom Event. It is not permitted to take any bottles or drinks outside of Kingdom.

Media

All media created at any Kingdom Event will be the intellectual property of Kingdom.

By attending a Kingdom Event, the Customer consents to being photographed or filmed and the Customer consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and Kingdom communications, without payment, copyright or other intellectual property rights in your favour.

Behaviour

The Customer agrees to act and drink responsibly and acknowledge the need to keep hydrated during Events.

The Customer agrees not to behave in a manner (whether at the Kingdom Event, or in respect of any circumstances which reasonably relate to Kingdom) which, in the opinion of Kingdom, is injurious to the reputation, character and interests of Kingdom.

Kingdom reserves the right (without prejudice to Kingdom’s rights generally) to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing intoxicated, under the influence, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately at any Event. No refunds or remedies will be given under these circumstances.

Any violent, threatening or abusive acts against staff, Independent Contractors or other Customers may result in a life ban from Kingdom Events. The necessary legal action will also be pursued where appropriate.

Security

To ensure safety at Kingdom, Kingdom and Security reserves the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items and the right to confiscate items, which may cause danger or disruption to others.

Security have the right to remove any persons from an Event for unacceptable behaviours.

Kingdom will not be responsible for any lost or damaged tickets. Kingdom has the right to refuse entry once the show has started.

Customers are responsible for their belongings when attending Kingdom. Kingdom accepts no responsibility for any personal property whether lost, damaged, stolen, or injury incurred at the Event.

Any damage caused by the Customer to any premises, items or persons in connection with the Kingdom or its Events will be chargeable to the Customer. The Customer agrees to compensate Kingdom for any liability, claim or damages (including any associated costs)

made by a third party in respect of any matter in relation to or arising from any damage caused (directly or indirectly) by the Customer.
