Terms and Conditions of Tickets FY Events LLC (Ticketsfy)

Welcome to Tickets FY Events LLC, trading as Ticketsfy (hereinafter referred to as "www.ticketsfy.net"). By purchasing tickets or using our services, you, the customer, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchase Procedure

1.1 Tickets, vouchers, or registrations can be purchased on the website www.ticketsfy.net using Credit/Debit cards or Cryptocurrencies.

2. Entry Policy

2.1 It is the customer's responsibility to meet the entry requirements of the event. www.ticketsfy.net shall not be held liable and will not refund the ticket if the promoter denies entry for any reason, including but not limited to dress code, age restrictions, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance with government regulations (customers are responsible for staying informed of the latest regulations).

2.2 Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. The promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure safety at the event.

3. Ticket Usage

3.1 Each ticket is valid for the specific show, day, time, or session for which it was purchased. It is non-transferable and cannot be used for any other show, day, time, or session.

3.2 Prohibition of Ticket Reselling

Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited under the laws of Dubai. Any attempt to resell tickets, whether by an individual or a business entity, will be subject to legal action. The original purchaser of any resold tickets may have their tickets canceled without prior notice, and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to take necessary legal measures against any violator of this policy.

4. Attendance

4.1 It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at the event at the correct time and date. No refunds will be issued for non-attended events.

4.2 Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the event, but admission is not guaranteed.

4.3 The use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the event organizer.

4.4 Tickets FY Events, Venue Management, and www.ticketsfy.net accept no responsibility for personal property lost or stolen or for injuries incurred at the event.

5. Ticket Collection

5.1 Upon purchasing a ticket online, www.ticketsfy.net will digitally issue an Electronic ticket number, which will be sent to you via email.

5.2 Electronic tickets with scannable QR codes can be presented on any electronic device for entry. A printed copy is optional.

5.3 If tickets have been scanned already, Ticketsfy holds the right to refuse entry, even if the person entering is the original ticket purchaser. Ticketsfy will not provide the time of the scanned ticket and/or the person who has scanned the tickets. It's a customer's responsibility to keep the tickets secured.

5.4 To collect a ticket at the venue, customers might be requested to present:

  • Any electronic ticket with a scannable QR Code
  • One of the following Identification Documents:
  • National ID or Valid Passport or UAE PASS
  • Valid UAE or International driving license

6. Disputes

6.1 All disputes with www.ticketsfy.net are to be resolved through negotiation. In the event of a dispute related to these terms and conditions or site usage, the dispute will be governed and construed by UAE law.

6.2 Litigation, if necessary, must be brought before UAE Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Ticketsfy sells tickets on behalf of promoters who are responsible for event organisation and management.

7.2 Ticketsfy acts as an intermediary between the customer and the event organiser and follows these rules for ticket refunds unless stated otherwise in the event page:

7.2.1 Customers can apply for a refund in the following scenarios:

  • Event cancellation
  • Event date change (not time)
  • No show of the main artist(s) ( Not applicable to festivals)
  • Tickets that contain food and beverage packages (such as tables, minimum spend, brunches, etc.) will not be refunded if the full paid amount has been spent for food & beverages. 

7.2.2 In all other circumstances, once the customer has collected from www.ticketsfy.net the printed/electronic ticket that has been sent/given to the organiser, it is the promoter's responsibility to process any refunds according to their refund policy. Ticketsfy will not be liable for refunding tickets in such cases.

7.3 All refunds will be subject to a 5% transaction fee.

7.4 To request a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event, please contact us through the support section, providing your transaction number, ticket number, email address, full name, and telephone number.

7.5 In all other cases, customers can request a refund by emailing info@ticketsfy.net, but the refund is subject to the organiser's approval. If the refund is approved, it will be processed with a deduction of 5% as a cancellation fee.

7.6 Failure to claim a refund within 6 months after the event's cancellation date will result in the refund not being reimbursed.

8. Data

8.1 By using www.ticketsfy.net and purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your data responsibly.

8.2 Ticketsfy may use your data, including but not limited to your contact information (email address and phone number), for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending you information about upcoming events, special offers, and other relevant content. The event organiser has the right to download the database of the event and use it.

8.3 If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications from Ticketsfy, you can do so at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting our customer support.

8.4 We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
