The Cornell Hotel Society proudly presents the 11th Annual Dubai Lodging Outlook, an essential gathering of the region’s hospitality leaders, investors, and visionaries. Taking place on the 22nd of September from 8am at the iconic Waldorf Astoria Palm Dubai, the seminar will bring together over 200 top executives for a morning of insights, networking, and thought leadership.
The day begins with a Breakfast Networking Session (8:00–9:00am), providing a chance to connect with peers and industry leaders in an inspiring setting. Following a welcome address by Aditya Rajaram, Regional Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society, the stage will be set for a series of high-impact presentations.
Bashar Hlayhel, a senior economist from Mastercard will outline the current and future regional economic landscape, focusing on macroeconomic growth, tourism, and hospitality outlooks. Next, STR’s senior leadership including Sarah Duignan and Philip Wooller will present exclusive hotel performance forecasts, offering forward-looking market intelligence.
The morning will culminate in a dynamic panel discussion, “Planes, Trains & Automobiles”, exploring how transformative infrastructure projects are shaping the hospitality industry across the Middle East.
